Jonathan Cooper

Jonathan graduated with a degree in Estate Management at Southbank University in 1992 with an BSc Hons MRICS. Following his studies, he travelled extensively through South East Asia and qualified as Chartered Surveyor in 1997.
 

Over the past 30 years he has gained valuable experience working in Shopping Centre management for Capital and Counties PLC (Lakeside Thurrock, The Glades and Harlequin shopping centres). He has also worked for his family's Office agency "Brian Cooper and Co" and Allsops. He then joined the client side and worked for Property Development Company Towntalk and was Co-Founder of Even Group

 

David Whitlock

Development Management for Nomad

David has a great track record with over 30 years’ experience of the full property development process including site acquisition, planning, funding, construction, leasing, and end investment disposal.  He was previously Development Director for SEGRO plc and Inhabit Residential Ltd, and various independent roles with the likes of Moda Living, Canal & River Trust, Housing Projects Ltd, Metiér Property Holdings, Donaldsons, Haslams, JCB Excavators, Transport for London and The Wooliscroft Family Private Office.

As Founder and Director of Pace, David heads this specialist development management partner where he contributes creative and commercial thinking and project delivery “know-how” to Nomad.

He is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Hammerson Prize Winner, and holds an honours degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
